Chongqing Jinshiji Rail Transit Equipment Co., Ltd. ("the Company") is located at No. 5, Gangqiao Branch Road, Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing, an urban core area that serves as an important hub for national strategic transfer in Western China. It is an excellent private enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacturing and maintenance of structural parts for rail passenger cars. It also acts as an agency, offering installation and after-sales services for production equipment for rail passenger cars. Additionally, it is dedicated to the R&D, production, and installation of innovative green compositematerials aimed at sound insulation and noise reduction. It also engages in the import and export trade, routine maintenance, and after-sales service of various electromechanical equipment and chemical products.

At the onset of its establishment, the Company adopted modern enterprise operation and management standards, and drew lessons from advanced management experience both domestically and internationally, leading to the establishment and improvement of relevant management systems. In addition, the Company introduced a number of experienced talents, and now boasts a technical backbone composed of intermediate and senior engineers and technicians with rich work experience, as well as a group of professional, high-quality and high-level excellent management personnel. The Company attaches great importance to the R&D of core technologies and the construction of technical service teams. To this end, it has set up a rail transit equipment and green composite material design and R&D center with expert consultants as its core, and established a technical service team composed of many senior engineers and senior technicians.

II. Main Business

In terms of manufacturing structural parts for rail passenger cars, the Company has nearly 100 sets of various advanced equipment such as laser cutting equipment, enabling the use of special materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy and carbon fiber to complete various complex technical construction processes such as stainless steel welding, friction stir welding, laser welding, and connection of various composite materials with extremely high precision. These processes are mainly applied in carbody structure positions of urban rail type-A, type-B and type-AS vehicles and monorail trains. In terms of production capacity planning, the Company optimizes resource allocation to the maximum extent to conserve production resources and reduce production cycles. This enables the timely and efficient completion of various production tasks while ensuring that both quality and quantity standards are met.

In terms of production equipment for rail passenger cars, the Company mainly cooperates with leading brands such as Danaher in the United States and SMC in Germany. As an agent, it supplies a range of medium- to high-end equipment, including carbody welding, spraying and welding surface treatment equipment, central integrated grinding systems, and lifting platforms. Many of these units are installed in the bus factories of medium and large state-owned and central enterprises, including CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd., Hebei Jingche Rail Transit Vehicle Equipment Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Changke Track Vehicles Co., Ltd. In addition, the Company provides comprehensive services encompassing technical support, installation and commissioning, equipment O&M, as well as after-sales service. 

In terms of innovative green composite materials, the Comatepany  researches and develops a variety of innovative materials and multi-purpose functional coatings. Its main product offerings include innovative materials such as super thermal insulation aviation cotton, carbon fiber cold-proof materials, high-performance restraint damping fins, and innovative noise reduction damping materials; and functional materials including anti-skid coatings, structural bonding adhesives, damping slurry for urban rail and high-speed railway applications (suitable for both internal and external use), aerogel fireproof materials, and sound insulation felt materials. These products are mainly used in Fuxing series and CRH series high-speed railway trains, as well as urban rail trains in some regions. While ensuring the quality of products, the Company is also committed to providing exceptional after-sales service to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

In terms of import and export trade of equipment and materials, the chemical materials jointly developed by the Company have fully won the trust and praise of customers, resulting in a steady stream of overseas orders. These materials have been used in some urban rail trains across countries and regions such as the United States, Melbourne, and Colombia. Additionally, the structural vehicle parts manufactured by the Company have been applied to rail vehicles on Bogota Metro, Hungary-Serbia Railway, and other rail transit lines.
